Quantitative Software Engineer

Scope of work

• Build tools and engines that take research models from prototype to production
• Design and implement trading strategies within our simulation framework based on defined requirements
• Develop systems, interfaces, and tools that enhance research efficiency and workflow
• Support high-performance research operations across storage, networking, and hardware

Desirable Candidates

• Strong academic background in a technical field from a top-tier university
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficient in C++/Rust
• Experience with Python
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus points

• Experience deploying ML systems in production
• Contributions to ML or numerical libraries
• Experience developing or optimizing large-scale parallel computation tasks involving large datasets
